I received my Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Millersville University and completed additional graduate courses at Lancaster Bible College. I work with individuals of all ages. I have training and/or work experience in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, divorce, parenting, life adjustments, chronic illness, grief and loss, relationship struggles and more. My work history includes being a behavioral specialist, a drug and alcohol counselor and a mental health counselor for various agencies. I have been a member of Lancaster County's Critical Incident Stress Management team since 2011. I am married and a mother of three. I have life experience as an adoptee and as an adoptive mother. I am a mother of a child with disabilities and autism. I enjoy being outside, being active, traveling, reading, being with family and friends and more.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been working with teens and individuals in the field for 20+ years as a Mental Health Worker, Group Facilitator, Behavioral Specialist, School-based Therapist, Clinical Outpatient Therapist and Christian Counselor I received my Bachler of Science degree in Psychology from York College of Pennsylvania and my Master of Arts degree in Mental Health Counseling from Lancaster Bible College and Graduate school. My clinical work has primarily been working with individual that struggle with PTSD (primarily sexual abuse and narcissistic abuse), eating disorders, depression, anxiety, marital issues, divorce recovery, parenting concerns (primarily with special needs/autism), health issues, adjustment issues and more. I am married and have 2 sons, one of which was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum disorder. This has helped me develop personal and professional insight as we have navigated challenges and explored ways to have great success in life. We have also had the pleasure doing trainings together to educate teachers and other mental health professionals. I enjoy spending time outdoors, being physically active, learning about new mental health treatments and spending time with my family, friends and pets.
